5. Implementation, Support and Training
- Implementation, support, customization, migration, training and IRD billing setup services are provided according to the agreed scope, quote, service plan or written communication.
- Support may be limited to active customers, valid licenses, active AMC, active renewal, agreed service hours and the specific scope purchased.
- Custom reports, integrations, data migration, branch setup, payroll setup, IRD configuration, cloud setup or advanced consulting may require separate charges.
- Timelines depend on customer cooperation, data readiness, system access, internet availability, vendor response, third-party systems and the complexity of the requirement.
6. Customer Responsibilities

7. Account, Access and Data
